Designed this hat stretcher for an undersized hat I had. I've looked at other uploaded designs, and wanted to make a version that's a bit simpler to print and assemble.

I have steamed hats with the PLA in place and not had any issue, but I do use steam sparingly. There is an intentional bit of texture with fuzzy skin to the outside band on the stretcher.
