Optiplex 7020 Tower - Replaced bad CMOS / coin battery and now won't boot (3 lights, long pause, 2 lights, long pause) Optiplex 7020 Tower stopped working correctly - it would have an endless reboot cycle very quick into the boot process. I believe the power button would flash amber once and restart within a couple of seconds.
